Which credit card is the best?
I used to work at AIG Credit Cards, but I think Citibank is the best credit card here in the Philippines.. They have lower interest rates and more features..

I believe that Citibank has more features and gives higher credit limit, but I guess BPI has lower interest rate compared to other other credit cards.. HSBC and Citibank both are 3.5% per month..same goes with other credit cards in available..
