why do clouds float when they have tons of water in them... and upon raining why it's dispersed into droplets instead of huge chunk of water coming down... like if you throw a bucket of water away... they don't dispersed into droplets right?

The reason why clouds do not fall right off the sky is the combination of slow descent of cloud droplets and their quick evaporation below the cloud base. Clouds are formed mainly due to the rising air current present...this is hot air as humidified by the sun....just like a how air balloon. When clouds form...along the process, condensation occurs where water molecules are formed at the cloud base or lifting condensation level. Remember that a cloud is like a hot air balloon, for as long as the cloud and the air that it's made of is warmer than the outside air surrounding it....it will float.
