Is it time to wean my baby from breastfeeding?

I'd like to ask for your opinion and advice if I should continue breastfeeding my 14 month old baby. 3 days ago I started on medication due to acid reflux (heartburn). I have to take the medication everyday for 30 days and it is not allowed for me to breastfeed my baby while I'm on it. I have always breastfeed my baby but I also bottle feed her because my milk supply is low. Since I started taking the medicine I stopped feeding her. It wasn't quite a big adjustment although sometimes at night before sleeping, and during asleep she wakes up crying wanting to be breastfed, nuzzling on my chest and does not want bottlefeed. But it lasts for only a few minutes and she gets back to sleep. I feel a little bad about it. My question, is it time to stop breastfeeding her since I am already in this situation or should I use breast pump for 30 days while on medication, then continue breastfeeding her after taking my medicine?
