try to look for language tapes that you can play while you are doing other things - driving your car, cleaning the house, having dinner, etc. that will help you with pronounciation and simple conversations for starters. you might want to look for good english classes that you can take, too.

When answer the phone, say your company name, then you name, and how can I help you. For example: "Good morning, XYZ Company, this is Amelia, how can I help you?" You can reply with a simple Yes or NO, followed by Ma'am or Sir (depending on the gender of the person you are speaking with). Keep track of your manners, make sure you say please, thank you. Make sure you say good-bye or have a nice day before hanging up the phone. Smile when you are on the phone. I know that sounds silly but people can hear your smile over the phone! Just do your best, most people are patient with those who try. Have you thought about taking English as a second language course?

u must modulate your rude voice into a friendly, if u r talking to ur boos, u must be confident on your speech, what u r questioning or answering to ur boss, if u r talking wit strangers/customers u r voice must show a verbal hand shake so it must be friendly and soft. Follow these things u can succeed
