Anyone else in love with the Cave Man?

I am not in love with the cave man, though I do think the commercials are clever, I do like the one with him in the shrinks office, when he turns it around on her isn't it Talia Shire who does the psychologist?

I ADORE the Cave Man. Hubby and I especially love the one with the Cave Man in therapy and his mother phones on a cell phone. I love that they have set up a whole pretense that the Cave Man and all his friends and family have survived to the present, and they are very consistent as the commercials continue. Even his buddy's girlfriend is there! I wrote Geico an email that they should make a commercial where the Cave Man talks to the gekko. I think this would be awesome and funny if well written and they obviously have good writers.

They are actually some of the better television commercials on TV now. They are funny, I think that the premise and the writing quality is top notch, and I think that it's a great way to get people talking about a product. People may think it's dumb, but I think that we are talking about it as a society because the commercial has made it an interesting subject. Do you remember the Budweiser frogs? Some loved that commercial, some absolutely hated it. But when we thought of the frog commercial, we knew it was for Budweiser. Did you hear, my wife actually told me she heard that they were planning on writing a sitcom based on the cavemen. I don't know how that would last, but it is an interesting concept. If done right, it could be very funny...

No I am still crazy about the cool little gecko with the English accent!

Now, I have to ask, is the Caveman in therapy and the caveman at the airport the same caveman or are they different? And all the cavemen at that party....I think they should definately give the sit com a go.

I read some where that they are thinking of developing a sitcom for the caveman. I think the commercials are okay, but obviously a lot of people love them to consider a sitcom.

I wouldn't make love to a caveman. Maybe a cavewoman if she shaved first!;) I do love the commercials alot though. You should definately check out the movie Caveman. It came out around 1980 and stars Ringo Starr and Barbara Bach. Pretty silly stuff. Was happy to hear about the impending TV series. Finally, some quality Turn-of-the-Paleolithic era TV programming.
