Why are we sleep in the night ???

hello guys...i would like to ask a queston why are we sleep only in night ? ...... you know i hate ....sleep in night.... generally i sleep in the day and wake up in the night and do my all the works ..... i really wanna your thinking about on that ............. replay me as soon as..................

because the sun light! our body need sun light.

I work at night (1:00 AM to ???), so I sleep during the day.

If you are so much more comortable staying awake at night, why not get a night job, and just sleep during the day? If that is what you are more comortable doing, then do that. I tend to stay up late at night, but I still do a lot during the day.
