How many of you drink energy drinks? Do they help or not? Recommend them?

I drink them because I really don't like coffee and they taste better. The brand varies as I really haven't found one that I like much better than the other.

The average 8oz energy drink has about 80mg of caffeine, about the same amount as a weak cup of coffee, with 16oz drinks containing around 150mg, although recent drinks have created a stir by containing as much as 300mg of caffeine. These drinks are typically marketed to young people, students, and people 'on the go.' Approximately 35% percent of energy drink users are over the age of 35 years old, with males representing approximately 65% of the market. I personally do not like the taste of them. If I need a bit of a boost I will take a caffeine pill, such as pro plus.
