Usually you'll get infoseekers who are bored at school or work and ask for proxy sites so they can view "restricted websites" like MySpace and other sites. You have to tell them that the system administrator blocks most of the proxy sites, so they can't get through. If the infoseeker gets aggressive, tell them you can't control what the system administrator does and you're just doing your job. Then end the session with "Have a great day". Hope this helps!
