fake tan

does anyone have any tips on how to apply fake tan? because when i apply it its always patchy round my hands and feet.

Your hands and feet are usually drier than the rest of your body and absorb DHA faster giving you that patchy orangey look. If you apply a moisturizer 1/2 hour before to those areas it will also cut down on how much they absorb. You can also rinse those areas off 2 hours or so after applying and that too will cut down on how much is absorbed.

If you use the fake tan lotion stuff, if you add more lotion to it, then it will go on smoother, and the color won't be to patchy, that is how I have always done it and it works really well.

more lotion? like adding a separate moisturizer to it??
