Its the dog food that was bought her. I'm not sure if Dollar General was on that list of tainted foods, but she spent all day yesterday trying not to hurl and had the other end blues today.... Thats just not cool. I took it back and got a different brand, but EWWWWW! I've not been the happiest camper today. lol.

If you changed her food with out doing so a little at a time to get her use to it, it very well may just be the change in diet. She should be okay if that is what it is. A few days of changes in bowel habits then they return to normal.

I just switched her back to the Alpo, and its not like that. She was sick, you just know when something is sick. And she was, it wasn't just a dietary change. However, she is back to herself now and everything is better. No blues this morning! Thank goodness!

Aw, I hope she's feelin better. I Hope it was a tummy bug or something she ate that made her sick, and its not from poisoned food. :( So sad..rat poisoning in dog and cat food.

I also get Dog Food from Dollar General so I checked and saw nothing about tainted dog food associated with them. I try to get the name brand like Purina. Generic store brands have been shown to contain cardboard. And I'd be wary of anything with the DG logo. Did the vet say it was the food?

didn't take her to the vet. Going to see if she gets better. She hasn't pooed since this morning, so I'm hoping it was just that food. If its something else, I have no idea what to do for her. Her owner is a truck driver on the road and he won't be back for another week. Got to be just the food, cause she was fine before I started feeding her that stuff.

I hope you're doggie is feeling better! If not, please do not wait to bring her to the vets if you think its from the tainted Menu dog foods. Do not hesitate! The time you wait can actual be deadly for her. Check the recall information on their website http://www.menufoods.com/recall/ It lists the brands, the flavor, size and codes on the packages of the cans/pouches that were recalled. Good luck and I'm hoping its just a lil stomach bug she got!

Well, its not on the list, but that doesn't mean anything. lol! I won't hesitate to take her in if she isn't feeling better by morning. But she's looking better even now. Thanks for the concern though.
