chicken sandwich recipe

Can anyone suggest a simple easy chicken sandwich recipe.I usually use some shredded chicken and mix it with mayonnaise and some salt/pepper and spread on a toasted bread and eat it.Does anyone have other interesting recipes?

Try slicing it with a slice of cheese and putting the mayo on a bread that you grill. Add sprouts and a slice of tomato too.

Try shredded chicken mixed with a bit of mushroom soup from the can (no water added), top with cheese and toast for a few minutes in the oven until the cheese melts. Yummy!

Mine is shredded chicken, some celery, some onion, mayo of course and salt and pepper. Sometimes I add egg to it just for a change of pace.

I think that you need to add cheese, but melted cheese is more delicious. Then you can add some lettuce or whatever you prefer.
