What's the favorite recipe you want to cook?

My favorite is pasta dishes. Actually I'm not after the pasta, I'm after the different kinds of sauce and also the delicious melted cheese. I use the pasta that is not always served in the restaurants like angel hair and the colorful springy pasta that I don't know what it's called. What about you? What is the dish you love to cook?

The one recipe i love to cook is portuguese-goan dish that goes by the name Mackeral Racheado..... its a Mackeral fried with a spicy stuffing

My favourite is Yorkshire Pudding. Depending on where your from, you might not have heard of it but when I was younger, my Nan used to make it. You put it with sunday dinner, or have it with sausages. Its just yummy on its own with gravy. Like I said, my Nan used to be able to make it rise really high and I can now make it myself, it turns out pretty good.
