how many times do you brush your teeth every day?

Maybe twice! yeah ,i usually clear my teeth twice a day.Frome the newspaper some scientists told us that we need brush our teeth thrice after dinner every day,the others believe there is enough of us to clear them twice ai morning and evening,and will do harm to our teeth if there are too many clearing. what do you think about?

thrice just after dinner...lol,yes its possible but have to do so completely unwillingly.
well i brush twice in a day,in morning and after night meal.

I am working and I usually talk to people, so I need to brush my teeth while I'm at work. It's around four times a day, one in the morming, two while I'm at work and another one before I sleep.
Personal hygiene is important for me, it is not a luxury but a way of life!;)
