What is everyone cooking for their Easter meal?

I have not decided yet. I would like to try some new recipes. My mother likes ham. My husband doesn't eat ham. We have turkey for Christmas. I am thinking of a smoked turkey breast. I does taste like ham. What other things should I try this year? I love to cook.

Man I wish I could help you here, but I am not the cook in the house, my husband is, so I will watch the responses on this one and maybe steal one or two and pass it on to him:)

Since Easter is not my husband's holiday, we had ham. He does not celebrate Easter. I made him a chicken and he ate it at our home. I ate at Mom's.

Check to see if your local butcher has any capons. They are modest sized chickens (casterated roosters) that cook well, are very juicy and can be stuffed like a turkey. I have no idea what we are making, maybe some marinated lamb or some turkey.
