What is it that drives you as a person?

Marianne Williamson--"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frighten us." As for myself I guess what drive me is the fear of failing. I don't like failure. Some people have a complete messed up concept of failing. I really think that we don't really fail. We learn. What is ur deepest fear?
