HP Deskjet 9300 Printer

Does anyone know of a a web site (freeware) that will give me the printer (see above) hardware guide, ie how clean the ink supplus container or how to replace the pickup rolls. The problem i have is that the paper is not lifting all the time for the pickup roll. The only way it will work is if you fill the paper tray up to the top.

it would be best if you visit the hp company's website, i believe they have all the remedies for your printers problem. greetings. : )

Been there but in all known combinations, all i got where users guides and how quick setup guides.
