i am from india.if i upgrade my account from personal to premium account then can i withdraw money through debit card?if i withdraw amount through debit card what is the limit?

Paypal doesnot transfer money direct to
Indian Bank accounts . And unfortunately ,
most of the Debit cards from India are
not accepted by Paypal . A Visa credit card
is required to verify Indian Paypal accounts .
