Why all Bosses are Crual?

All bosses are not cruel, but there are plenty that are. I have had some bosses who were too kind and no one respected them. I have had some who were meaner than the devil and no one respected them either. The last two bosses I have had including the one I have now are both ways. They are cruel, demanding, short tempered, anxious and down right hateful at times. On the other hand they would do anything to help you in a personal crisis. They only know how to show authority by being ill tempered. They are not very well respected by their employees but the cusomters respect them a lot. I have been a boss many times and I always tried to have compassion with my employees while getting the job done. I have received boos of the year many times and it wasn't by being cruel. So I know they do not have to be this way, it is just the way they choose to be.

Bosses are not that cruel, they are just the type that would want to get your work done. They are like that because they want to pose authority on you so that you could show respect to him/her. They're are not always shouting but there are just time in a situation where your boss is high-tempered. We don't choose who will be our boss not unless we are self-employed.. :)

no, actually not all bosses are cruel. my supervisor is very kind to all of us. she always say hi every start of the work and say "take care" to all of us before we go home. when i was about to resign i can't find the right words to tell her because i know she'll be sad, and she's been very good to me. it really depends on the boss on how he or she will handle his people. but for a business to be sucessful, the people should have the right working environment and in harmony with each other because the employees themselves are the persons who will work behind the scene, and their works will tell if the business will make it or not.
