Do We Need a Law to Ask Man to Take a Half of Housework?

My female friend often complained that her husband seldom do housework at home, even he is free. He considers that housework should be done by woman not man. In past, man make money to support the whole family and woman stay at home to do housework and rise children.But nowadays,great change has happened.So many woman have their jobs and career. They are not housewife anymore! Man seems are so slow to accept the change.Most of them believe that woman should be the main force though they can realize that man has responsibilty mentally.
