I love all flavours of ice cream and the least favourite is vanilla. I love chocolate flavour, pista and strawberry very much. Also I like butter scotch and the mixed kind of icecream where you have several layers of icecreams of different flavours.

Peach ice cream is my all time summer favorite. It is best home made and here is a recipe for you! 6 beaten eggs 3 1/2 cups sugar 10 peaches, pitted and chopped 4 cups heavy cream 2 cups half-and-half 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3/4 teaspoon salt DIRECTIONS You will need a big bowl! Mix the eggs and sugar until they're smooth. Puree the peaches and then stir 5 cups of puree into the egg mixture. Add the cream, half-and-half, vanilla and salt and mix very well. Pour mixture into freezer canister of ice cream maker and freeze. Voila! A taste of summer! Enjoy!
