this is the most dangerous disease that has affected the society it is sometimes affecting the women and sometimes affecting the men and in turn both the families. I feel it will be better to write down what ever is given during the marriage to the girl for her use and get it attested by both the families. This will reduce the trouble that a girl faces when struggles to get back her sridhana properties and also the groom can save himself in case if the girl demands more than what is given to her at marriage.
