TAGA LIPA ARE! Everytime i open internet explorer, i see this. Can somebody tell me what's is the meaning of this phrase or sentence?

"TAGA LIPA ARE" is a Batangueno dialect from Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines. It means "I AM FROM LIPA". The phrase is more uttered with pride that he lives in the beautiful city of LIpa. FYI, I am from Lipa.
