I am seventeen years old and I enjoy their music... I agree that it is indeed timeless. I don't think it will ever sound old or out of date. They had harmonies that some people say rival Beethoven. My favorite song is probably "While My Guitar Gently Weeps." This song has always touched me... it describes that contemplative feeling I have sometimes when I am alone, that feeling I have never been able to put a name to. It isn't really sad or depressing, but it makes you think, and I like that. After I saw Harrison and Clapton perform it in Concert For Bangladesh, I have always thought of it in a different light. It's a very touching song. The version with strings that is on the new LOVE album is also worth a listen.

My all time favorite Beatles song is the Yellow Submarine. If I were to listen to it, the song will get stuck in my head for days but I don't mind. Somehow, it always makes me smile.

I'm sorry but I don't really like the beatles. They're a bit old fashioned at their songs are really countryish for me.

For me, I Feel Fine. Like you, I collected all their studio albums. They're my favorite band, they influenced a lot and on the song that I chose, it is evident that they invent sounds and improvise the equipment that they have. It started with a feed back it is done on the A string. This all happened when one day John was experimenting with the amplifier (VOX AC30 Amp). The first feed back was created using his acoustic guitar and George has it too it was the Gibson J160-E model. In the anthology movie, Paul was to comment "John invented Jimi Hendrix". Yeah, I believe so, but the difference between John and Jimi's experimentation with feed back, John invented the first feed back using acoustic guitar and we can call it as a simplified or primitive way feed backing while Jimi used his electric guitar that made beautiful artistic noises coming from his effects pedal that gave it a Psychedelic feel and we can give it a term "The Art of Modern Feedback" I like the lyrics and the sound of the music itself. They had fun in those days and it is reflected with the music. It is timeless and I don't get tired of it. The Beatles changed our lives and they wrote the soundtrack of our lives. Now, I am a full pledged musician and I owe them a lot. Thank you George, John, Ringo, Paul, we are hoping that you please us all! :) Take Care Nice Topic!

Their music is timeless; it doesn't surprise me in the least that you can relate to it. My favorite Beatle song is "Getting Better." I love the optimistic message, the great melody and the outstanding vocal performances. It's simply magical.

My favourite is "Hide Your Love Away" but "I Am The Walrus" is a close second. Really I could easily do a top 20 of Beatles songs though because there's so many I really like!

My fav song by them is Let It Be. They have so many good songs it is hard to pick just one. I picked this one because I love to sing it on karaoke. I have a few songs that I like to sing by the Beatles but I find this one to be one of the easiest and I love the words in it there is a lot of meaning to the song.
