Do people who use sign language see little hands in their head whent they think about what somebody said, or do they hear the words in their head?

This is indeed interesting!! I guess, because most of them can read and write in addition to using sign language, they might be able to visualize words when they think! But then, if I were one of them, and someone had proposed to me romantically using sign language and if I were thinking about the episode fondly later, I would go over the words again and again with love, visualizing those wonderful hand and finger formations in slow motion!!! I wouldn't like to visualize them in plain written words!! I wonder how they interact in their dreams - in language or sign language. Or written words!!

How strange. If they can't hear then how would they think in words. I shall be interested to see how this discussion turns out!
