"to all smart users out there"

Smart users all experiencing not so good services from Smart Telecommunications... Do you think they still have the capabilities to manage millions of subscribers? I think they dont have it anymore... Share us your insights...

managing millions of subscribers, yes they can. the problem only comes in when they introduce promos. sometimes, they subscribe you in promos you don't want to subscribe in. worse, they get you subscribed without you knowing. and i guess you all know, most of their promos slash up to P10 daily (i call them often before because of that). and that is terribly annoying.

SMART: "SIPLY AMAZING" HMMP!!! coz' of that they dont really "amaze" me anymore... they simply "snatching" our loads...

hi, i am not a smart telecom employee but I am a smart subscriber. How many days you have been using your phone? Are the days you experience they have a bad service more than the days they gave you a good service? They are now having 25Million subscriders and yet we can still use our phones, isn't it a proof that they can manage it?

yah i got you but a good service provider must have a good systems to accomodate its subscribers... i think smart telecom must need to settle this before millions of its subscribers dump them...
