It is natural that your body change when you get old... It is really hard to stay the same after you don't practice like before and don't young like before...

I think it is him. That is what happens when you get old. You lose a lot.

I am doubtful if that is really Arnold cause in the scene of Terminator III the rise of machines when Arnold is transported from the future to the past, he is without his shirt and looks pretty darn buff! Plus nowadays with softwares like photoshop, many fake photographs that look deceptively real can be forged! unless i get some solid evidence i would say the man in the pic is not Arnold.

Its him and its a fact of what age does to you. Also he was wearing a latex six pack when he did T3. He may have a few extra pounds there but in reality looking at most guys his age he is still in better shape. I think its an older photo too he lost alot of weight when he got into politics.
