Does anyone know if the dry form of Science Diet is ok to feed our dogs? Thanks

I have gone to the IAMS website since I feed my cats both the wet and the dry forms of IAMs, which was one of the recall brands. It said that there was never any concern about the dry version. The articles I've read online have said the same thing about the recall in general. It is only wet food--the cuts in gravy style--that is included in the recall. Fortunately, my cats are okay. I checked the product codes on the canned food I had in my apartment, and they weren't included in the recall. But anyway, you don't need to worry about feeding your dogs the dry form of Science Diet. This whole recall thing has been horrible, especially since it has included some of the best brands.

No far no dry food is on the danger list. I am glad as my dogs only eat dry food.

Science Diet has only recalled some cat food called Science Diet Feline Savory Cuts and this is just voluntary. Here is the link concerning Science. Anyway I thing that your dog food is safe according to what I read. http://www.fda.gov/oc/po/firmrecalls/hills203_07.html

from what I heard on tv it was only the pouches and cans that were affected, the dry food was okay.
