nokia 6670 damaged

hi everyone. i own a nokia 6670 but button 5 doesn't seem to work anymore. I think it's the software cause i haven't dropped it or something like that. I can't format it cause the security code contains digit 5. What should i do?

if its key 5 and key 7, i suggest you take it to a tech. its more of a hardware failure, rather than software. c',)
