Do any of you travel a lot for work?

I just got this new job and am traveling 3 out of the 5 work days of the week. Even though my company puts me up in really great hotels, it's still so exhausting to be away from home for so long. And it's really hard to feel like you have lives in 2 different cities. I wake up in the morning and am confused as to where I am! Does anyone else have this experience? Any tips on how to make the transition easier?
