Harvard Scientist of the Year is a Pinoy

At first I just want to say WOW!!. You know that is not easy to accomplished a feat such as Scientist of the year. Just learning that its from Harvard University just makes me proud. It has 350 years of legacy. His name is Baldomero Olivera nicknamed Toto and he graduated from University of the Philippines. His contribution to Neuropharmacology and his dedication to his student cannot be overemphasized. Do you know that there is a dorm in Harvard called Pforzheimer House or called also "Asian dorm". Its the place of asians. Cool!! Congratulations Mr Toto! Filipinos are very proud of you.

whoa! that is waaaaaayyy coooool! :D i'm just proud to be pinoy! i know that Filipinos are really intelligent and talented.. they really excel in such fields.. the only problem is that they are not given enough importance and budget as well by our government in order for them to broaden the field of science in the country.. but as for this Pinoy scientist, we are proud of you! Proud to be Pinoy! :D

No wonder! pinoy's are superior in all field... We can easily adopt and adjust to any environment all the way to mount everest isn't it? We can be excellent in music, politics, almost in every field. Did u know that pinoy is the one who invent flourescent light? We should be proud to be pinoy!
