I need Bourbon receipes

I've had such great responses from people with advice and receipes that I thought I'd see if you had a solution for this one. We bought Bourbon to make a Bourbon chicken receipe. And the only size available for the bottle is pretty big, considering that we don't drink alcohol. The Bourbon chicken was o.k., but we won't be making it often. so I started looking for other receipes that use Bourbon. I couldn't find any!There must be something else we can use it for, right? Anyone got receipes with Bourbon in them?
