EASY Rocky Road Candy

1 small bag semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1/2 small bag colored miniatured marshmallows 1/3 cup chopped pecans Melt chocolate slowly in double boiler or microwave. Add marshmallows and pecans. Scoop onto waxed paper. Roll into a log and chill. Slice into 1/2-inch pieces.

Wow Sandra, now you are making me hungry for chocolate I love my chocolate but since I have diabeties I cannot eat it very much these days but once my sugar diabeties has gone I shall be eating it but only now and again.

I love chocolate and would eat it every day if I could. I'm not diabetic; but, it does run in my family so I try to limit my sweets. I only eat a small amount ever so often. Thanks for responding.
