Have you experienced a spa holiday before?

People have told me about their spa holidays. You meet a consultant, they advise you on an exercise and diet program and you stay at the resort for about a week doing nothing but yoga, exercises, mediations. You also get to eat fresh healthy and sometimes organic food. It sounds interesting though I haven't gone on one before. Very different from the usual tours. Have you been on a spa holiday? What was your experience like? Would you go on another one again?
