What is the meaning of the star with number ???

Tonight i got my 100 post i had. after that, i got a icon of star and number on top of my picture`s. i got a red star and "9". what is the meaning of that ? is it the rate ??

After you reach 100 posts, you get a star. The number inside is what the MyLot people have been rating you all along. The +. Congratulations. Don't forget to rate everyone, and most important, "best response" to whome took the time to respond to your post. Keep up the good work, it will be a ten in no time. The star with numbers signify the positive responses you have gotten. but how abt the colors? y are there green blue purple etc? whats the diff?

Hm.. i dont know, i have red one. i ever seen star with blue color and it have "10" of number. i see that you have a grey star and number 7. is itn`t have relations ?? i`m not sure about that. thanks for your respond yups ;) keep in touch.
