last night, after working, we went out around 1am to find a 24 hour fastfood to grab a bit. just so happen that we saw an open mcdonald's joint so we went inside, ordered LARGE french freis, sodas & chicken. The chicken breast was smaller than it used to, i thought it's ok, but when I saw the fries, it was only half-filled so i told the girl/crew about the fries. I don't have anything against Mcdonald's, in fact, I love their french fries & big mac, but this girl who's attending the counter was sloppy & rude, though at the end of the complaint, she gave me what i asked her. would you insist on what you ordered? or would you just sit, eat & not mind? do these incident, maybe in another way, happen to you all the time? do you always "not mind" when people make those oversight unintentionally or intentionally?

I 100% would have said something. If you are paying money for food, they should give it to you right. Not half @$$ed. I think that they get lazy. Almost everytime I go to get fast food 1/2 of my food is missing! It drives me nuts. If I sit there for a minute and check it they get mad because there is people behind me. If I go home and check and some is missing, then I have to drive ALL the way back. I think that they should double check it and make your you are getting what you asked for. You didnt ask for 1/2 of a french frie. Just like today I went to macDonalds. I didnt ask for a cold cheese burger! I Dont think its intentional or unintentional, I think its lazyness and not caring.

yes, it is not so much for the money, though we worked hard for it but it's more on that the people are "not paying attention" to what you have asked/ordered. It is to satisfy what we have been expected to receive back.

I can't say anything about McDonalds, Im, because I don't purchase from them. But at other restaurants I do notice that at different times the servings are smaller and that even the foods have different tastes and preparations. It mainly depends on the cook.

well, it is true, specially in restaurants that consistency is very important.

I have found that as I get older and have responsibilities like children of my own, I am more particular that I get what I ask for! I can still be polite about it but when you are paying good hard earned money for things, you think you should at least what you are paying for. I would have done the same as you!!

Of course especially when im used of going that place. I will complain every little to it if I sense that theres a diff of what I used to be order. I give this sarcastic mock and make the crew realized that his/her service is dissatisfied. Not to be rude but sometimes the customer should be treated equally and right.

Depends sometimes I just let it go depending on where I am or if it is just a small mistake. If they get more than one thing wrong then I will say something. Sometimes it just doesn't bother me. Although with my kids I would rather send it back and make sure they have what they ordered just because they won't eat it other wise and just be upset all day. You have the right to get the right order
