hi guys, my husband got his license couple of months ago He was giving a ride to someone but he wasn't familiar with the place so he made a left turn but in the wrong direction and when he realised he backed up and drove to the right lane. the police officer stoped him and told him that he is giving him a warning. what does that warning means and does it affect the drivers history? although he didn't give him any written note

A warning means just that. If the cop were to see him doing it again, then he would get a citation. It doesn't affect anything when a warning is given.

It depends on who the cop is! If it is the same cop, then your screwed. But whose to say he will remember who you are. They may have a tiny record of it but nothing really to worry about.
