In fact,jogging is the best way to keep your healthy and beauty,why?because running can strenthen our muscle,make our body nimble,make our life happy ,lead us to meet fifficulities in self-confident.So many advantages,if you don't like jogging,please try it ,you will making you stronger and more happy.

Jogging is indeed a good form of exercise to keep one healthy. It is as good as swimming for those who do not like getting wet. Slow jogs are the best as our body takes time to heats up and get acustomed to a more vigorous routine. Normally, I feel a half an hour jog in the park is the best. The air is more fresh and it will be most relaxing.

I have practiced the exercise of jogging for more than ten years every morning from 7.00am to 8.00am and never see a doctor for several years. Therefore I strongly support your view that jogging is the best way to keep our health and beauty.

I too agree that jogging is a good exercise to stay healthy. Of course we have to be careful not to overdo it. Slow jogs are still the best as our body need to adjust from a passive state to that of a more vigorous one. I believe a jog along a route that has some undulating profile would be the ideal. Not too many steep hills or slopes, instead gentle profiles.

Yeah, I like jogging, too! It's a nice feeling when you jog.. Keeps you fit! =)
