what would you do when you are tired?

Today,i have do a lot of things which made me so tired. when i bace home , i felt that i couldn't move any more. all i want to do is going to bed to have a good rest! not to think anything. and not to worry about anything! so how about you? what you should do when you are tired?

I go to gym 4 days in a week. this is advice I got for my rest program. -- Age plays a big factor - under 25, your muscles need 24 to 48 hours of rest. Over 40 and you have a slowed recovery time of more like 48 to 72 hours. So "the industry" will give you a nice generic number like: 24 to 72 hours. It depends on your age. And yes diet counts. Keep in mind we are talking about muscle group specific exercise. For example...Bench Press. For anaerobic fitness like this - it's good to jog, jump rope, or ride a bike for about 2 - 4 minutes prior to kick or oxygen cycle from anaerobic to aerobic. Better for the muscles... If you just started a jogging routine with HILLS - cardio with resistance is a little different. Too long is anything after 96 hours. You can't work out once a week and call that a beneficial workout. Over 40 can get away with twice a week.

i just try to take a nap for a little while if i can. recharge the body a little bit. if i can't do that though,i just drink some coffee or soda.that wakes me up enough to keep going.

Well, i think lot of people do same as you. Like me, I always resting my backbone, lying it somewhere, and resting my mind. Take a deep breath and close my eyes for a while

Well,When I feel tired,I would like to go shopping.To buy a lot of things especially lots of foods.I want to get my stomche full,and then I will feel much comfortable

same as you are.when im tired i go to sleep. in fact i cant sleep if im not tired. i tend to think over many things even when im on my bed. so i got myself exhausted to the point i cant think clearly anymore. i sleep easier that way. it would take an hour or two for me to get to sleep after im on my bed if im not tired.

When i`m tired i waching a movie and then i go to sleep ... this is my method when I`m tired :)

Well, the first thing I'd do is to get a nice, warm shower. It refreshes me. Then, depending on my fatigue level, usually I'd listen to music or read books or newspapers to ease my mind. Then? Straight to bed. Lol having enough sleep helps the body to recover from fatigue much more easily.
