At which point? What moment when you propose your love?
I've been with this girl for a while, i'm now 30 and still not sure when to propose her?

Well it really depends how deep is your relationship with that girl.
If you think that you are ready to spend the rest of your life with her and if she feels the same then it would be better to go ahead and tie the knot :)
You could try to get to know her feelings for you and if you feel that her feelings are "positive" then go ahead and propose her.
It would be better to propose her rather than to regret it for the rest of your life.
