I find it to my disadvantage to be lenient towards some people because they are like preditors seizing the opportunity to take advantage or take for granted kindness that is extended to them. You cannot cut them any slack, ever. They will never see it as kindness it's just an opportunity for them to get over. Instead of taking advantage of the opportunity as good they become greedy and calculating with ulterior motives already at work in their minds. People like this are always thinking selfishly. They can't be trusted. Once you extend genuineness to them they see signs of weakness. Weakness builds them up and tries to tear you down. When vulnerability is detected the preditor begins to haunts his prey. Be aware and be careful when being lenient, it may or maynot be to your advantage. Some people are never going to change!
