Success is for what we labor hard in our lives, although it’s not easy to come but its fruits are indeed sweet. Arjun Seth who is associated with Franklin Covey, South Asia (one of the world’s largest training companies) has the following seven commandments of success to share. 1) BE PROACTIVE: He reveals that the person should have a strong aptitude to compete with the changing environment, a strong desire to learn new skills, face the world, instead of retreating back with the fear of failure. 2) BEGIN WITH END: Next he adds that self awareness is of extreme importance i.e., before taking in a major decision whether personal or professional; it’s significant to be aware of upshot. Once you have sown the seeds, analyze after about six months whether you have achieved the desired output or not. 3) FIRST THINGS FIRST: One should be clear about his/her priorities; means differentiate between urgent and important. The urgent work should be your priority but ignoring important is not worth and central still is not spending your valuable time on unimportant things. 4) THINK WIN-WIN: without compromising on your principles, think in terms of providing benefit to yourself and others. A win-win situation is what in which you offers best to others, at the same time safeguarding your own interests. 5) SEEK FIRST TO UNDERSTAND: try to understand others point of view, appreciate them and avoid arguing, so “indulge in dialogue, not monologue”. 6) SYNERGISE: trusting others is another important road for success, as working as team mates will help you reap larger benefits. Your approach towards others should be “I will solve your problem” and apply principles of cooperative creativity. 7) SHARPEN THE SAW: you should be well aware of your capabilities and forget entirely your “dependence mentality” of blaming either your mood or the environment for not making the deadlines.
so my dear mylotians do you really follow the above mentioned commandments of success or do you lack somewhere?

I decided to go through these one by one to see which of these attributes I have, or don't have:
1. PROACTIVE-- yes, show skills in this area
2.BEGIN WITH END-- Only half way there
3. FIRST THINGS FIRST - yes, pretty good at prioritising
4.WTHINK WIN WIN -- Probably not a good sjkill
5.SEEK FIRST TO UNDERSTAND -- I would be at least half way there
6.SYNERGISE -- Pretty good
7.SHARPEN THE SAW -- Maybe 3/4's of the way with this.
This exercise was very good, as it is practical & realistic.

that sounds reasonable, but for me it is easy to say,but hard to do,i always tell myself, just do what you want, but i cant help thinking what will happen if i failed, then it keeps me from acting, maybe that's the reason why i havent gain my success till now.
and you say trusting others,i only trust those who work or get along with me more than one year, definitely i should trust people more

its about trusting the members with whom you are working and still i think if you wait for atleast one year, its ok and hope you get all the success your desire.
