Six Degrees of Separation

Those that know me know that I am fascinated with the Six Degrees of Separation theory. Can you explain what this well known theory means? Do you believe in it? Do you know of any interesting Six Degrees of Separation that you or any of your friends have?

I definitely believe in it, how many times have I heard what a small world it is, and never ever say anything bad about someone because you could be very well talking about someone who knows that person....we really are all connected to each other through someone else for sure...
