land or the brick and the cement?

You should have all the necessary things in building the house which you may build in a land not your own. They have to go altogether; otherwise, you cannot build a house.

I also think the land is the most important thing when you build a house. You know how they say, there is better to build on a rock than on the moving sands :) As for the materials they are important but not as important as the land, especially given that there are houses made out of wood not out of bricks. I think that it's the quality of the material you use that really matters.

Obviously it is the land without land where will one build a house.And if one is building a boat house there is no need of bricks or cement . After land I think it should be brick and then cement.
