feeling sad without a reason?!

have you ever felt sad without having a definite reason?
i have had many mood swings and most of the time i get confused about myself. I can't understand why people get mood swings. And what bothers me more is that why do some people feel sad or lonely without having any definite reason.

yeah somehow i can relate to you. i feel sad once in awhile...what i do is eat something sweet and after awhile, i would feel good. i don't know if it'll work for you but there's no harm in trying right? ...
