Well if one player has to be chosen then i would suggest Rahul Dravid or Greg Chappell but one forgets that a team has eleven players and in this case the entire 15 cos any game is a team game and not an individual and also the i would suggest that Groupism or different camps within the team was the cause of this and the prime suspect to give rise to it was Greg Chappell as he sowed the seeds of mis trust between players when he planned the outer of Saurav Ganguly

Entire Indian Team should feel guilty for this.

team india in this world cup was phycially in west indies but mentally lost somewhere else, the killer instinct and batting form which made india one of the force before the start was missing, nothing was goin in india favour, bowler losin ther forms,fielders letting in extra runs and batsmen performing against minnows , i think they derserved to be knocked out and the whole team shld tke the blame for this dismal performance

Cricket being a team game, I would say that everybody involved with the India Cricket Team is to blame for their exit from the World Cup. A series of things could be to blame, but what's the point in being so serious about it. They're out of the Cup... on any other day, they would probably still be there, but the clock can't be turned back. Nobody should be blamed... there's a lot going on in the West Indies at the moment and not all nice, but most politics, rather than cricket. So, enjoy the cricket whilst you can for the result will be the same as it was meant to. You can never turn the clock back and put things right, so why fret... just learn from this and move on towards the next World Cup Series.

Ultimately, it will come down to what it always comes down to...Greed and money by a few who ruin thing for many. One day they will have to atone.
