...Why are we ashamed to bring it to the light? Why is it that when you come out with the cold hard truth people want to shy away from it and don't want to admit it? If it is so okay to do what you do when you're doing it why not be open and honest about it. Is this why people have so many skeletons in their closets? Is it do to Shame??? H'm...

People enjoy keeping a clean public image. Whenever society as a whole gets ahold of something 'bad' that you've done, they can really drag your name through the mud. We like having a squeaky clean image that way we won't get dragged through the mud.
