What things emigrants to your country find it difficult to get used to?

My country Uganda has mostly emigrants from India and the neighbouring countries of Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda, DRC and many Southern Sudanese. The Indians are mainly investors-one of the things the Indian community find difficult to get used to is mixing with the local people. They stay to themselves and none them have taken any initiative to having a go at our ladies. We are not seeing them leaving the country any sooner, so the earlier they started to inter-marry and build affinal ties with local Ugandans, the better an idea it would be!
