Best Mother's Day Gifts?

I am a mother of four although there are 22 years seperating the baby from the "baby". After my last son was born four years ago, my only daughter (who will be 30 this year) bought me a "Mother's Ring". It is one of my most precious possessions. I cried so hard when she gave it to me because I had wanted one for years, but had never bought one, being the type to spend my money on the kids and grandkids. I put in on my ring finger of my right hand that day and have never taken it off. I look at it quiet frequently and think about how nervous she was giving it to me...she was nervous I would not like it.....and how I felt when I opened the box...it is one of the best memories of my life...so far.

I gave my mom a pearl necklace and earrings for an early Mothers Day gift, she loved them. My mom usually tells me what she would like, I also know her taste in things too. I would have no problem buying her clothes since we were almost the same size.

I think I am going to take my mother out for a pedicure and lunch. I have asked her what she wants but her answer is always the same..."nothing". So, instead of the usual bottle of perfume or favorite color shirt, I think she would really enjoy her first pedicure on Mother's day.

The best gift I have is my children. That might sound corney but without my children mothers day would be pointless. I personally prefer the hand made gifts. They're from the heart, inexpensive and unlike flowers I can keep them forever. I always tell my husband if he chooses to buy me a present...gift certificates to the spa will work. LOL. My mom tells me her favorite gift was the family ring I gave one year.

I am a man , when I was young , I never sent my mother a presnet at mother's day. now , I have been my son's fatthrer, and know , raise a kid is petty hard.something you must do it ,then you will feel the hard of it. this mother's day,I didn't chosen present yet , but I think ,I will spent some time to choose it. for I konw mother is the greatest weman.
