Sean Bean is truly a great actor and he's rugged, handsome and very very talented, in the last week I have seen two spectacular films with him in it. Firstly Outlaw which is about taking the law into your own hands. He played Bryant a soldier returning from the law and sending up a band of men who the justice system had failed, I would highly recommend it, how vigilantism works or not works as the case may be The second film I saw was The Island with Sean Bean playing the head of the corporation, he played a central role and he is great at playing the villain. He's had other great roles such as Alec Trevelyan in James Bond's Goldeneye as well as Richard Sharpe in Sharpe. Truly a brilliant actor, what's your favourite Sean Bean movie and would he be your ideal hero or bloke?

Well I am not a movie person at all wolfie, and can't really remember the last time I went to the cinema, - but I do like Sean Bean - think most women do!!!I saw him twice on stage in London in "Macbeth" a few years ago, and I guess the last film I saw him in was the first part of the "Lord of the Rings" Trilogy, where sadly he was killed off quite early on:-((As for whether he is my ideal bloke - well if he was homeless and wanted somewhere to stay for the night, I wouldn't say "no" to him - that's for sure!!!!! LOL!

LOL! Somehow I doubt that our Mr. Bean is short of offers, or feminine company. In act considering the streaming cold I have at the moment (hence the fact I am here instead of at work today!) - he may run screaming in the opposite direction!!!

I had to look and see what movies he's been in (no pun intended) .. as I am hopeless at remembering names .. and with over 80 movies to choose from it's hard to pick just one .. but after having a look down the list I found "The Dark" .. now I do remember really enjoying that movie .. And I loved "Anna Karenina" too .. and "Troy" was a grand scale masterpiece http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000293/

I remember that movie yes Bean was awesome, he played well in National Treasure with Cage and of course in LOTR. Scarlet looked the best in The Island I think, not too much make up and she looked slimmer. Oh yes I watched The Big Fish and Ewan was also awesome there as he was in the Island. No, I like watching movie with talented stars in it, but I won't make them idols or heroes.

I'm guilty of making them my heroes, I've always liked actors like Leonardo Di Caprio, Ewan McGregor and Sean Bean, three great names in the film industry. I haven't seen The Big Fish or National Treasure, thank you Mel they are now two on my films to watch list!

Sean Bean - Here's that gorgeous Sean Bean, oh I could just have him for breakfast LOL!
Oh yummy, Sean Bean is such a hottie, I couldn't possibly choose the best role I've seen him in! Years ago I saw him in a TV film called Clarissa in which he played a real rogue and really fell for him from then onwards! I sort of liked him in Lady Chatterly although acting skills weren't really a prerequisite for this film LOL! I think he was absolutely fantastic in the Sharpe stories and I would probably have to say that I liked him the most in the Sharpe series.
