Is philippine politics getting worst??

Election season again..campaigns..promises..agendas....rather "hidden agendas" i mean..lol
So why are there lots of people running on elections..aiming for that one position which doesnt give that much financial benefits..so what are they up to really??power?fame in a cruel,unreliable,injustice,complex world of politics..
politics is that worst in the philippines right now..being the most corrupt country in asia surveyed by PERC..Political and economic risk consultancy..
how can we achieve progress if all problems roots from the leaders of the countries itself..sigh..what would happen to the coming years??will this ever be resolved??
what will happen to the next generations of the country?what future they have here??

Yes, politics in the Philippines is really getting worst.As a citizen in our native land I think it is a time that we should change our constitution so that we will eliminate the senate and in return we can save more money and pay our debts.For the past years, senate don't give enough help in the economy of our country instead they just try destabilized our government.All Filipino should come and gather hand in hand for the unity and prosperity of our land heading to the progress in our economy that results to a better lifestyle in our country.
